It's back.. the DBSK entry is back!

No, I'm not going to post pictures or videos or spazz about DBSK.

I will rant.

I don't have anywhere else to rant about this..

Basically, DBSK has filed a lawsuit against their management company (SM Entertainment). They have a 13 year contract (starting in 2003/2004), which they want to make changes to.

This is like any other disputes you see between employees and the employer. This happens everyday in organisations around the world. Workers are dissatisfied, so they do something about it.

I do warn you now, I will abuse 'caps lock' profusely.

SCREW YOU SM ENTERTAINMENT. SCREW YOU!
The man is SELFISH. He works the singers til exhaustion and pays them barely anything.

You guys know that I LOVE DBSK. I admire them as artists and as human beings. So of course I'm supporting them ALL THE WAY!

These guys are INTERNATIONALLY LOVED and are SUPERSTARS in Asia. And yet, they probably EACH get paid AS MUCH AS OUR PRIME MINISTER, a year.. (not even..)

Like WHAT THE FUCK MAN?!
They're an IDOL GROUP who have MILLIONS of fans around the world.

You know how much they get for their record/album sales?
IF they sell greater than or equal to 500,000 copies, they get around $8,000 ($US?) AS A GROUP. Divide that between 5 and you get $1600.

That seems like a lot to you and me. But these guys have been singers for 5 YEARS, and have made 4 albums, in which ONLY ONE album (their 4th; most recent; "Mirotic") has reached way over 500,000 copies sold.

So, they've only bloody earned $8000 in FIVE DAMN YEARS from their Korean record sales.

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!

Okay, so those facts could be argued upon but you get my idea right? There is no way they're getting payed enough.

ALSO, their salaries are only 0.4-1% of the company's earnings.

ONE PERCENT! AS A GROUP!

This is, in no doubt, A SLAVE CONTRACT.

omg, I'm so angry I can't even type anymore, seriously.

If SM Entertainment lets them go, he'll regret, so badly. You'd think he'd learn by now; H.O.T & Shinwa (famous Korean bands back in the 90s & early 2000s) had this problem, went to another record label, and became EVEN BIGGER stars.

HAH!

Okay, enough. I'm off to read more articles.

Hope you're all well.

Apologies for wasting this space.. XD

Take care :)
