a whole lot of blabbering

Wow, formal is next week, I haven't shopped for my outift yet, and I leave next Sunday..

Ok no, this is me we're talking about.. :)

So let me recap a little from the previous days. Warning, this will contain a decent amount of DBSK related issues. So skip now while your concentration span is still in tact. Remember, I did go one entry without DBSK (ie Prop 8) so I need to make up for it.

1. I hate waking up to a Youtube page FLOODED with new videos and 80% of my subscriptions updating the same sort of videos.
Seriously though, I end up confused and killing my internet usage. I'm quite frightened to see how I go when I'm in Vietnam, getting on the internet, and being way behind in updates. It's going to mentally frustrate me and make me feel delayed.. really delayed. Anyway, I did manage to catch up the next day to all the updates.

2. I really wish I had cable or satellite TV of some sort.
That way, I can view the music performances which I usually bombard my internet usage with. Plus, I can watch variety shows for the pure entertainment of "I don't know what you're saying" moments and eye candy whenever possible. Alright, I would be contributing to climate change (more so than usual..) and driving my parents crazy with the bills, but if it allows me to use my internet for other downloads, then I'd be quite happy.

3. I think Korea went into a state of chaos before, during and after the MKMF awards O__o
Wow. I've never seen so many devastated fan girls.. (this statement could be proven very wrong) But even I was saddened when DBSK was defeated by Big Bang for Best Male Group and Artist of the Year (I think it was those awards..) But come on, at least they won Album of the Year. Obviously they were going to win the Overseas Viewer Award. HELLO~ they got a total percentage of 95+ for goodness sakes..

In my opinion, the reality behind these award shows is the competitiveness between fans from different artists. I read comments that say "Cassiopeians have finally realised that they're not the most powerful" and "Even having THE biggest fan club in the world, you can't win everything. Big Bang overthrowed DBSK popularity and crushed those fangirl spirits". I just sit there and think, "what the hell happened to kpop music lovers?!"..

Yes, many of us cried when Changmin cried. At least he cried for joy. The boys have worked hard for their comeback and their efforts are acknowledged. It doesn't matter how many awards they've won or lost.. If the fans are still supportive, their success will still continue. Plus, there are many more award shows to come.

Sometimes I think that award shows are there for companies as a showcase and advertising opportunity, and not neccessarily the artists themselves. And here's a thought: If DBSK did actually win the major awards, they'd be look down upon because people would assume SM payed their way to win.. That frustrates me as well. You can't necessarily win can you?

4. The "We Got Married" PDs can kiss my non existent Asian ass..
First AnBi, then AlShin.. and now the lettuce couple? Oh come on, this show is slowly digging its own grave. They're losing viewers by the week, especially when its a farewell for one of the couples, and their air time is less than 10 minutes.. ==' Trust me, there are a lot of people who want to kick the PDs butt, but we have to take into consideration that these celebrities have a life outside this reality show. Their careers are important and they have jobs which need to be done, and this show will get in the way. All we really ask is for more air time when the farewell actually comes. Isn't that a respectful thing to do at least?

I can already see Shannon and Trang complaining on the tagboard. Word of warning, I don't think you want me to blog for you.. that's a highly dangerous option. But if you want to take the risk, then just briefly tell me and I'll excessively elaborate on your behalf :) Again, I repeat, request at your own risk (barm barm bar~~m)

I think, if this blog reaches a stage when there are no more updates for a longer period of time, it would go into a recession. Haha that didn't make sense but I just wanted to use the word "recession" since the whole friken world is suffering under "economic instability".

muhahaa~ I swear it all sounds so sinister O__o' But who thought that one photo of Jaejoong could turn someone into a fangirl? Oh wait.. that happened to me as well. Hah~! My bad XD Seriously, I get an sms at around 11 something at night saying "omg I'm in love with the picture you sent me!" It's like, one of the most random text messages I've received. And surprisingly, it's about DBSK. Woah~ But lets keep ourselves composed here.. as long as Jiro is still Anupama's number one and her interests towards Jaejoong don't clash with mine, then we can still be somewhat civil.. :)
